Dear ladies and gentlemen!

With the aim of development of cultural and economic relations, international tourism and promotion of the place of the action.

                    We suggest you to participate in the international project ADVANCE! BE ALIVE!

The top-priority aim is to develop the cultural aspects of this project and to promote its participants. With this aim, states, countries, cities and provinces can hand in their applications to take part in the fifth rock-festival.

Our main trend is rock music but other trends of the cultural activity of your state are also possible. The crucial point is your participation in this programme.

Enclose, if you have any, an audio or a video tape recording, a photo and a participant's story. If you are confident and you know that  you can do your best on all five, if you want to move up and wish to be recognized in the crowd, you are the one we've been looking for and  we'll be glad to meet you.

To switch to the economic and tourist aspect of the project ADVANCE! BE ALIVE! we invite firms, companies and corporations of different states, cities and provinces to take part in this project. The distribution of your banners and logos at the concerts and your presence at our activities will contribute to the development of your business.

Everyone who is willing to take part in this project is encouraged to introduce a motion.  The possible forms of the participation are the following:

·          General sponsor.

·          General partner.

·          Sponsor.

·          Partner.

·          Information support in mass media (broadcasting, the press, the Internet).

                                                                              The aims of the project

The aims of the rock-festival are the following:

·          Popularization of the ideas of the present-day young people: harmonious physical and spiritual enhancement of the personality by means of the unity of culture, art, science and religion;

·          Propagation of the healthy mode of life;

·          Dissemination of the ideas of mutual support, fellowship, unity of people;

·          Development of the cultural and economic relationship and international tourism and  promotion of the place of the action;

·          Creation of the fund to support actors, musicians, children and the elderly people.

The suggestions for the participation in the fifth rock-festival should be sent by the leaders in arbitrary written form or by e-mail with the mark ADVANCE! BE ALIVE! (e-mail address: dianaone@mail.ru)

The festivals are held not less than 4-6 times a year.

The dates, the time and the place of the action will be fixed after getting information from the leaders.
